I am very disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant, the experience this time was ruined by poor service, an extra charge, and the rude attitude of the staff.

We went as a group of five and ordered meals accordingly. Four of us opted for the value set, which we understand does not qualify for the member’s discount. However, one of us ordered a course and drink separately, which should have been eligible for the discount.

The staff was extremely rude when we questioned the bill. She dismissed our concern, saying, “It’s only RM2.90,” which was insulting and unprofessional. In fact, the total was RM29.90 plus RM2.90 for the drink, her comment was so rude.

After deciding not to argue further, we later noticed that we had been charged for six drinks even though there were only five of us and we ordered five meals. When we returned to address the issue, the same staff insisted we wait for her boss, and was again very rude. After waiting for some time, we asked where the boss was, and her response was, “I don’t know, maybe come back at night.” Does she really expect us to wait there until nighttime from 3pm?

This kind of attitude and service is unacceptable. After this incident, we will not...

I’m a huge fan of Vietnamese food, but it’s so hard to find a truly good Vietnamese restaurant near my place 🤣 This time, I was lucky enough to try Di Vietz!!! Honestly, this is the best and most authentic Vietnamese food I’ve had so far in the Klang and Puchong area.

The pho was incredibly flavorful. The spring rolls were packed with fillings. The ultimate 5-star highlight - Their sauces — truly authentic, bursting with flavor, and the moment I took my first bite, it felt like the taste shot straight up to my brain 😆 Delicious! 👍🏻

The egg coffee was also absolutely amazing — 😚OMG. They nailed it perfectly: no eggy smell, just a light, fragrant blend of egg and milk aroma mixed with smooth coffee. Top-notch ❤️ miss vietnam d～

And the service was so warm! I was surprised to learn that the friendly waitress is actually comes from Vietnam — from my favorite city Ho Chi Minh 😍

Unplanned walked into this shop for my dinner time. The staff here is nice and passionate about serving the customers. My heartwow I'm ordering lemongrass chicken rice, it is very flavourful mixed with the herbs, the lemongrass and the chilli flakes taste wont let u down. Why do I give the 4 stars for food? I keep 1 to rate for my next visit. The coffee was recommended by the waitress, it was really good mixed with a little bit salty and the top foam. A little bit sweet when I drank the end, ha~ for me I hope it can be less sweet as I'm not a sweet fan. Overall it is good, definitely will...
