BaWangChaJi always ensure to bring authentic and healthy drinks to people from all walks of life. This round they combine the fragrance of Tie Guan Yin Tea, Rose jam and sweet-scented Rose petals to bring a similar feeling as presenting fresh 🌸 flower.

On taste wise, It was really great, thick and fresh cream as claimed. The rose 🌹 fragrance is for real. The Tie Guan Yin tea on the inside was so earthy and refreshing.. upon stirring and combining the two ingredients, you still get a harmony of rosey tie guan tin ☺️ flavour.

We also order the Fresh Watermelon Oolong Tea for a refreshing drink, and we dint not regret it. It was amazing 🤩... cooling watermelon 🍉 and earthy oolong tea 🍂... that’s a great tag team 😋

The interior of the cafe was clean, and bright. Cozy and inviting for sure , do check them out !

The worst Chagee store experience I’ve ever had.

This used to be the go-to Chagee for me and my girlfriend. I usually drop by for takeaway, but occasionally we like to sit down and enjoy a quiet moment together. Unfortunately, this visit was far from the relaxing experience we’ve come to expect.

As we sat down with our drinks, one of the staff members was seated at a table and repeatedly shouted across the store to communicate with the counter staff. This wasn’t a one-off—she did it multiple times, disrupting everyone in the shop. It felt unprofessional and really took away from the atmosphere.

On top of that, the toilet was in a terrible state. The stench of urine was overwhelming and honestly quite off-putting.

Really disappointed this time around. Chagee usually delivers great experiences, but this store seriously...

There are two customers before me, we are all waiting at outside, the staff send their (the two customers) 's drink to them through the order place ( as what picture shown ),

But ring the bell signal me to take inside the shop when my drink is ready,

nothing special actually, but I felt the staff like not 醒目, or racist or whatsoever, the time I pick up my drink at front desk, the staff turnover and wash his plate or mug or cup, facing me with his as*, not even a greeting, or smile, maybe yes, with his as* + h* 🙄

In conclusion, in term of service , I give 1 star, in term of milk tea (the product) I give 5 star, but because of the 1 star service , I can give up the 5 star product, I won't save one tree when I got one whole jungle option
