😡 Don't corporate with shopee for promotions if you don't have the ablibilty to function! I know I'm not the only one, bought a voucher from shopee and went there to makan. Then, they don't accept shopee pay. It's like tricking the customer to go there with promotions but customer still have to pay normal price. (i did double check the branches participating and this branch is in the list)

Service: 🐢"fast" food 😏 there are not that many workers, but they were chilling behind the counter, instead of cleaning the tablessss 😊 quite attentive

Food: 🌭 was put directly on the paper plate, so the bottom of the 🌭 is stuck with the plate, have to tear the 🌭 from the plate curly 🍟 was good, reccomend to have it while it's hot

Fried 🐔: In the beginning, i was quite amazed, it tasted quite good, authentic seasoning, juicy meat. Had a good impression. Half way through thw second piece (thigh), i smell something funny, Then i smell the parts which are closer to the bones, omg, i thought i was gonna puke, it was super super smelly like something have turned bad. I stopped eating immediately. I try to smell a few times just to double check, Even have my family to smell it, it was sooooo BAD. then i smell on other pieces, same but not that strong, still horrible. You won't smell it from the surface of the chicken, is the inside that smells....

Parking is adequate, Hero supermarket Mall seems to have lots of empty slots. The actual store seems large, I have no problems trying to find a place to sit. I notice everytime I am there, only one counter is open, so it may be a pain during busy hours. Use the a&w app to order seems to be the easiest way, but make sure that the order is in. I've have times when ordering an app menu item is accepted, but the actual item is not available at location.

Don't think drive through works, though what you can do is order first, enter the car park (one hour free parking), stop nearby the a&w entrance facing the car park, and pick up your meal.

20/02/2025 @ 1330pm C1. No staff at counter to greet / take order. Staff busy at the back without check front counter till need to scream to order. • Solution : Management need to provide self order machine/robot OR put bell to make sure staff is alert waiting customer.

C2. Orange shirt staff allowed to wear crocs/slippers in kitchen? • Solution : Management please provide safety shoes.

C3 : Order waffle to take away, respond me with shitty face and replied me "jap saya tengok ada tak bekas (box) dia". • Solution : please prepare atleast 2-3 waffle boxes per month if waffle sales not so many. I understand because of fd/grab don't have waffle but what you think of walk in customer?
