Ordered food from cozy cafè and waited an hour. Called them back to check for an update and they said they will check and update me. 5 mins later they called me back to ask when I placed the order and I said its been more than 1 hour now & he cut the call on my face with no response. They then called me back the next minute, asking the same question again. As soon as I said its been more than an hour he spoke very rudely saying it cannot be and cut the call on my face again.
