Ordered a Garlic Chicken Salad and when it came it was basically a cabbage salad with some chicken strips on top with grated tin cheese. No hint of garlic taste at all. I could make a better one than the one that was served and I’m not even a good cook. We ordered a simple Chicken Sandwich for my brother and specifically mentioned to not toast it and the waiter even repeated. And yet a toasted chicken sandwich arrived. We ordered mango juice and there was no taste in it. Ordered sugar syrup to make it sweet and had to remind waiter AGAIN to bring it. A very disappointing lunch. If you like overcooked fish, along with hidden pricing, this is the place for you. You cannot go wrong with fish in a place like the Maldives, right? Well, you can. Grilled fish with green salad means just that. The fish was overcooked and the salad was just lettuce. The saving grace was, perhaps, the piece of lime that came with it. The bill was inflated 17% beyond the menu pricing. Because, apparently, the price has been increased but "not possible to change on the menu". Eh? I frequented symphony a lot as a kid so this review might be slightly biased but don't let that take away from the fact they provide really fast and a very professional type of service. The seating is quite comfortable and the table is large enough in size to house 4 peoples worth of food without the plates being too close to one another. The food is served fast and hot and it hasn't missed at all and is absolutely delicious while a bit expensive they makeup for it in the portion of food you get. I'd reccomend their Spaghetti...
