The only reason they didn't get a 5 is they tried to poison me with chicken, lol.

Food: We ordered the tuna kotthu and seafood fried rice. The waiter came back to confirm what kind of kotthu I wanted, and I confirmed tuna.

It took some time to get the food, but when it came, I immediately noticed that there was chicken in my fried rice and had them take it back. So we dug into the kotthu...boy!!! It was DELICIOUS. It was hot and spicy and tasty and just so good. Halfway into my meal... I realized that I wasn't tasting tuna... upon closer inspection, it was CHICKEN. I'm pescatarian. I do NOT eat meat 😭 But that dish was too good. 😅 The head waiter then tells me that the chef says the kotthu is a mixed combo or something (our exchange wasn't the smoothest).

I ended up taking the seafood rice to go because we couldn't finish the kotthu... the portions were very, very generous!

Service: The waitstaff was helpful (this that chose to be)

Price: very affordable. If you see my post about the restaurant where we had dinner the night before and we were ripped off and charged $100 for 2 miserable plates. I paid $21 for food for like 6 and a milkshake.

If you are in Male,...

We had evening tea here. There are lots of different types of traditional Maldivian sort eats, pastries and cakes. The service is good on first day. But on the second occasion it was really poor. As they ran out of samosa I asked them if they could provide it. The chef said that I can request the waiting staff to bring it to me as he is making a fresh batch. After repeated requests the waiting staff seems to ignore it. Unfortunately the new batch also ran out. So I have to go to downstairs to talk to the chef again. By the time they brought samosas I have finished my tea and was...

I cannot believe how this aweful restaurant has survived in this amazing travel city. You should not expect good foods nor any kindness. The guys serving at this restaurant do not even know saying "hi" and "bye" even if they are able to speak English. Compared to Sala Thai, another Thai restaurant which is excellent one, this restaurant is crappy in all aspects and the prices are the same. It simply sucks! Forget about this crappy restaurant if you want good Thai foods with good people. One star for the review would be too generous rating,...
