EAST ASIAN CUISINE — Restaurant in Mdina

We have visited this restaurant a number of times and were always left content with the experience, both under the recently rebranded restaurant and before. We were served very politely by a Mr.Sanjeep and he aided to the experience. The quality and portion sizes for the food are generous and although their selection of set menus is not as vast as other restaurants, this can be seen as an opportunity to try out their delectable a la carte options. I never complain but this was the worst meal I have ever ordered. The food is not made with passion, you can tell that they use cheap products. I understand that people need to make money but by making money once, they have lost a client. Duck was a mess, oil tastes old and like fish, rice all stuck and mushed, noodles are thin and tasteless, the soup was lovely. Unfortunately 80 euros...

Very bad. Do not eat here. Really poor food ;meat and vegetarian)and contemptuous service. Not recommended. Oh and no view, it all belongs to upstairs. (If you actually visit you will understand). Don’t give bad reviews easily but when I do it is to warn people who may like at least average good Chinese food in malta and reasonable service. Not recommended for a jolly today...
