I rarely give reviews. Specially bad ones, however, the setting and location of the place makes me want to write the following in the hopes that they do good as it has a lot of potential.
Went in for a coffee and something to go along with it. Chose the brownie cake that comes along with icecream and a cappuccino.
1st they took my information but I was never either given a menu or informed verbally as to what I could have until a 2nd waiter came along.
The coffee was alright tho being in this line of business I got to say attention to detail is important and the mug was stained on the outside. As for the brownie, it was scolding hot without anyone mentioning it, resulting in a mild burn on the roof of my mouth. This also leads me to assume it was heated in a microwave oven and while I have nothing against that it allows for much less control over the temperature. In any case, the recipe could also use quite the improvement.
Last, and again belonging to this industry one of the key details for me about a business is how much the human resources matter. It means a lot to see employees taken care of with small things like a uniforn, specially now that it is chilly/cold and unfortunately I saw noone...

He said something and went away. He came back to take our order. I repeated the same request and my husband asked for a pastrami sandwich and we ordered 2 drinks. We were told shortly later that the sandwich wasn't available, so we decided to share the pasta dish. The drinks arrived. We drank, enjoyed the view and waited for the pasta. After a long while, concluding it was longer than needed even if making freshly cooked food, I asked. There was no record of my order. We paid for the drinks and went to the next restaurant down the street where we got food and more drinks quickly.
