When you’re undecided but you’re looking for something good, authentic, quality Mediterranean products, then this has been a no fail for me. I wasn’t in a mood for pizza/pasta Italian food meal. I was looking for something simple, good and a good glass o f wine. I found the whole experience plus. I was amazed to find a Cesanese on the wine list … a not so know Lazio vine variety. Amazing. And the best one I had ever tasted. Accompanied with a generous plate of culatello and burrata. Followed by a grilled octopus as main. Jake, our amazing waiter, attended to our every need and it made our arrival in a Malta very special. As we enjoyed the meal so much, we decided to end our time in Malta back at Koccio. The bruschetta, burrata, local vegetables were to die for. Endless amounts of bread and complementary sides, dessert and limoncello made our last meal so memorable.
