Let me put it this way: just because the view is nice and it's near the centre, it doesn't mean the place should be rented in such a horrible condition. First of all, it was health and safety hazards at the entrance, causing me to fall down due to abstracted entrance. The dirt was everywhere, and both towels and bedding were not clean.
