I really like Macdonald but my last experience there had me revise my likeness. Please do consider that concerning junk food Macdonald is no better than any other...so what is left to review is not the healthiness or the gourmet dishes. When eating out I consider 3 important cues: 1. Taste 2. Price 3. Service. Concerning taste, some might say that every taste is in nature but come on it's junk food we are talking here, Macdonald wins it on small details that give you the illusion of being in the US. I really like to have a quarter pounder with cheese, a milk shake and fries but I'd really like to have beacon, the Egg McMuffin etc. Though this particular set (the quarter pounder)fulfills most of my desires...I consider my experience of Macdonalds to be below level...less one star. The price...though not expensive it is far from 5 usd meal comparatively...but I must say it is sometimes cheaper than anywhere else...so 1 star. Service...well that's where it hurts. I won't list what I consider big no-no's but I find it irritating to have someone sweeping the floor next to me while I'm eating and most of the time I find irritating when I have to humor a waiter because I can't get the latter to understand my need. E.g. Can I pay with card? No, we are having network trouble. I can pay cash. Neither, we don't have change. Then what? ...dunno...you'll have to wait. Well service is not about smiling while doing your job but trying to be helpful without having to lick my boots. I don't expect a waiter to be overly courteous to the point of been obsequious but to be...

People who criticise the food must acknowledge that it's indeed a fast/junk food franchise, so not much extravagance can be expected. The speed of service is decent and staff members all do their jobs just as needed, no fancy business whatsoever.
The place itself is well situated and accessible. The seating variety adds to the afforded freedom customers benefit off of regularly, so that's another bonus. However a worrying factor is that most days it gets pretty packed and loud. There seems to also be an excessive influx of individuals, wearing a certain blue and white checkered uniform, who always leave a mess and/or generate just way too much noise. It is, after all, a family restaurant and should be managed such that it is family friendly.
The music choices could also be improved. Every single time One frequents the place for over 20 minutes, the same Ed Sheeran and Lil Nas X songs start playing. So as a little nitpick, I'd say this could be fixed easily.
Finally, the toilets are in absolute ruins. If you're serving food that can literally send me to the bathroom within minutes, at the very least the state of the loo should be somewhat...
Read moreQuite ok but the problem is mainly noise and hygiene. You reach satiety at a very low price despite the nutritional value of the food. The main concern is the fact that employees clean the room along with you eating around with a very dam mop which can sometimes smell. They tend to leave the floor damp leading to so many accidents with the customers and their plates despite having signs indicating. The queus are sometimes quite long and the food gets prepared when you command, which can be a good thing but a little long when you're hungry.
•Last edited October 2018• Service really bad, shouting tired looking employees. Was cleaning behind the counters at time of order, almost a kg of dusty soiled chips was visible
May 2019. Slight improvement in service but cleanliness... is not there. Floors were very dirty today with tickets at places & patches of dust/ soot on the floor. Still noisy & stressful.
April 2022 Despite a reply I do not notice much improvement on the amenities. The service is not nice & no tomatoes & lettuce available.
The staff unfortunately are not welcoming.
The toilet smells bad & seems dirty.
The main issue is that other restaurants of the chain are...
