McDonald's — Restaurant in Paris

Ok, where to start? It's very nice that McD now has order Terminals, which makes ordering easier for anyone not speaking French. But it's downhill.from there. This McD has room for a lot of order Terminals, but no Display for the pick-up area. So, ni easy way to tell when your order is ready. An employee would say the ordern number out loud. At least that is what I assume they do, since I could see their lips moving. They also hold up a receipt with the order number, so if you have 20/20 eyesight and brought your field glasses with you, great. But hey, at some point you get your order, in a take out bag instead of a dine in tablet despite having ordered "in house", and go up. Which is easier said than done, because for whatever reason the stairwell in the direction of flow from the order Terminals to the pickup area is blocked off, so you have to work your way back through the crowd attempting to read lips and get their own order. That upstairs is overcrowded is fairly acceptable, cleanliness, or rather lack there of, is not. Now you would expect nice hot food given the heavy rotation, but nope. Given the lack of ventilation the air upstairs may actually be hotter than the food, mind you this is April evening with 8°C outside. The food itself was also thrown together with about as much enthusiasm as I did my 7th grade art homework, in the morning, before class.... Given that French seemingly go on strike or riot for just about everything, I am surprised this McDonalds is still standing. On the other hand the interior looked pretty new, so maybe customers do riot about every other...

DO NOT EAT HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE PICKPOCKETED. I WAS ROBBED OF MY CELLPHONE HERE TODAY. It’s not the employees’ fault of course, but the chaos and disorganization at this McDonald’s contributes to an environment that makes it an easy target for thieves to steal people’s phones. It’s very crowded and hectic and it takes forever to get your order and as mentioned this is the perfect environment for thieves to steal your belongings. I bent over to pick up a trash that fell and my phone was gone when I sat back up. It’s deeply upsetting and my one regret is that I did not eat at a higher end, sit down restaurant instead. If I had I would likely not have withstood the financial loss I experienced today. It ruined our family vacation and we were left with no international data to help us navigate the city. Please I beg of you do not eat here as it is dangerous. If the establishment wants to help with this, hire a security guard near the door and make your establishment more organized. If we had not had to wait so long for our food this perhaps would not have happened. We were waiting almost an hour. Never coming back to a McDonald’s again and especially...

Tourist beware this McDonald ripped me off. I ordered by machine paid with bank card first time said declined second time gave me receipt 36 euros for order transaction. Was waiting for order security guard approached me said let me see receipt told me no you have to pay at counter. I did in cash 36 more euros but thought it was fishy so checked card and the transaction did go through twice. Went back into Mc within a few minutes explained showed my receipt to manager who said he could do nothing at this time for refund wanted me to give them credit card number on a piece of paper for reimbursent. I was charged 3 times .Twice by card and once in cash and this manager guy wanted me to give him my whole credit card number. I was born yesterday but not last night. Manager working 3/8/18 @ 22:00. was no help this sounds like scam to me they are running on tourists making them pay multiple times.
