I had a strange experience here that hope nobody else finds the same one. Sunday night about 7ish and absolutely busy. Only TWO cashiers were serving that one of which could hardly speak English (mine is not good as well but at least I know the basics). I ordered and paid by card. The cashier was not polite at all - he was serving as if he had a gun on his head to do so. Anyway, at the time of placing the order the receipt paper was finish so the cashier rolled it up and here the Problem started; he gave me a DEAD receipt I didn't check the receipt at all just had a look at my order number; the receipt was for about 90 minutes ago. When the order number called out, I was given a wrong food which was of another lady with the same order number. at that point, I noticed something went wrong - I asked the manager to see what the problem is and where my food is. I told him that the cashier gave me the receipt and then he in front of my eye denied that!!! And the manager raised his voice and treated me the way that I was a thief or like that!! The manager very impolitely told me that "WE CANNOT GIVE YOU FOOD" - Personally speaking, my closet might worth his entire life and it was very painful that I was treated like that. Also, I heard that he, the manager told his coworker that "HE IS INSANE". OMG! How dare these people are. Long story short, I have my bank transaction which refers the payment to McDonald and I would absolutely sue such disqualified people that have no idea about even speaking to an individual let alone a customer!!!!! On 15 January 2023 at 6:00-6:30 p.m. I was having a meal there with my friend. I had a backpack with valuable stuff: money, documents and personal belongings. Unfortunately, my backpack was stolen right in front of my friend when I went to the washroom and left my stuff under her supervision. I am 99,9% sure that the thieves were two girls sitting next to us (btw the tables in this restaurant stand too close to each other which gives a very uncomfortable feeling of lack of personal space and safety).
Well, this unpleasant thing could happen to everyone. However, I was shocked when a few days ago the police told me they couldn't proceed the investigation of this crime as the image on the CCTV cameras placed in the restaurant was of poor quality and couldn't provide the clear image of the thieves' faces.
The question is: why on Earth is the management using the cameras which don't do their job?
Basically, the quality of CCTV cameras in this McDonald's restaurant puts other customers under risk to be robbed in the same way and lets thieves escape justice.
Please consider this problem and take action to ensure higher level of your customers' safety. When the customers have to feel anxious about their personal belongings while having a meal at your restaurants, they will be very likely to change their preferences in favor of other fast...
Read moreMy wife and I recently visited the McDonald's in our neighborhood. We had four baby prams that needed to be carried upstairs, so I took one and my wife asked for assistance from the staff. Shockingly, two of the staff members discussed it with each other while smirking, and then left her waiting for over twenty minutes without helping. Furthermore, when my wife went to ask another member of staff they simply responded "I can't help you with that", and walked away. She was thus left alone to take care of the food, pushchair and crying baby as she make her way upstairs.
Furthermore, the food that we had ordered arrived freezing cold despite us paying extra for a limited edition burger. This was highly dissatisfying, given that we have never encountered such an issue at a McDonald's before this particular location.
In summary, the service was absolutely disgusting throughout our visit at McDonald's. The sign at the front labeled "assistance available for pushchair and wheelchair users" clearly appears to be more of a facade than a genuine promise of help. Despite having been loyal customers for years, my wife and I felt nothing but disappointment and disgust during our experience at this location - it truly is the worst experience we have ever had...
