Cerveceria La México — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

During our Holland America cruise stop in La Paz, we took the opportunity to explore a little of this new destination. Not too far from where the bus dropped us off and conveniently situated on our way back, we decided to give this place a try.

Opting for an outdoor table, we were seated in front along the sidewalk, offering pleasant views of the oceanfront. The menu presented enticing options, and we both chose to start with the Cadillac Margarita and shared a Quesadilla.

While the size of the margaritas left us a bit disappointed, as they seemed small and lacked a noticeable kick. On the other hand, the Quesadilla lived up to our expectations, delivering a delicious blend of flavors.

We ordered beers for happy hour, before 5 pm. When we were given the bill it was 5:04 pm, they said happy hour prices no longer apply, though the beers were long gone, and we ordered them long before 5 pm. After speaking with the manager, they reduced the bill to happy hour prices.

Be careful when paying here with your credit card. I was charged more than expected whilst they gave me a receipt with what appeared to be the correct amount.
