NEVER COMING BACK. Is the third time that I've been here, I was really trying to give the place another chance but every time that we come back something happens. This last time I came with my family, we used one of the tables on the second floor, the waiter was taking way too long to come every time that we needed something, we needed to go down and ask for him. Then we ordered pizza, in the menu it says that you can order half&half pizza but he said it was not possible -wasn't looking to help just rejecting what we were asking for- we also asked for some fruit smoothies with the pizza. It took us -again- like 40min to get the check, it was till we came downstairs "ready to leave" that the guy ASKED for it, they were charging us margaritas instead of smoothies "because they didn't have the option on the system" like ...WTF, how are you charging a drink with alcohol because 'you don't have the option' ...??? So, the pizza that was on the menu wasn't possible to make, but the drink without alcohol was and they charged for it. The waiter didn't help at all and the staff neither. Never...

We were tourists here. Came midday on a Tuesday, it was not busy. Only ordered 4 drinks, asked 3 basic questions, and the facial expressions and tone was just so unprofessional.

1 staff even said in Spanish "this is too much!"

Our questions were: Can you show us the cup so we can see the size? What's in that pink smoothie/slushy looking drink? And can they tell us the total in U.S. dollars.

Well, we tried to ignore that they don't seem to like tourists since we had just came from an amazing place tucked away close by, until we sat down w/the drinks, calculated our actual total, got UP to ask for our receipt, and realized they ripped us off by several dollars.

We didn't ask for it back. You get this review instead.

Such a beautiful place with amazing ocean views, where I imagine tourists like us would be drawn to check out. Those that read reviews should walk past it until staff training or new hires that actually like their job will be able to provide basic customer service.
