On our last day in La Paz we found the best breakfast restaurant on the malecon! Coconut latte, with a not too sweet, light coconut flavor. My husband had a Vanilla Chai Latte, sweet and frothy. Tasty morning caffeine fix. For our meals, he had a Salmon bagel, smoked salmon, avocado, tomato, cream cheese on a bagel. I had a Cheese omelette. Bleu cheese, white cheddar, a cheese I thought was mozzarella because it was nice ans stringy, and small blocks of grilled cheese on the side. Finished in a pepper sauce with crema drizzled across it. I love cheese and this had plenty of it! Both came with salads with a delicious sweet and tangy dressing. It's been hard to find breakfasts that come with some form of vegetables and aren't loaded up with carbs, but Roma Roma had many to choose from. The breakfast side salad was very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed the main dishes, too. The ambience was perfect (soft music, lots of greenery, good temperature) and service was quick. We ordered the machaca and eggs that came with a side of homemade refried beans. The machaca was pretty good, and the beans were very good. To drink, we had a cappuccino and a decaf American coffee.
Regarding the prices, they were reasonable based on the location and portion size.
