I enjoyed the food. Nice taste and presentation. Waitress ruined our experience yesterday by seemingly ignoring us on purpose and letting our foods and drinks sit on the counter for a long time and not delivering it. She would waste time standing by the front door and not paying attention to our orders or to us. Also smoke alarm kept beeping loud which was very annoying. Food is excellent but slow to come from the kitchen. Even when there are few guests. This was our second visit, the first night they were very busy so we understood the wait but this time the food took a very long time and there were very few other eaters. Lastima del PESIMO servicio. Porque la comida está rica y el lugar está bonito.

Llegó al lugar con Sed, quiero un vaso con agua de garrafón (por cuestiones de ambientalista no consumo botellas con agua) y la mesera me dice que NO HAY de garrafón. Antes de pedir un cocktail o algo diferente, quería agua. Le pregunto a la muchacha que me atendió a ustedes (refiriéndome al personal de servicio) cuando tienen sed que consumen, les venden las botellas de agua? y me dicen que nos dan limonada. Le digo que prefiero agua de garrafón y me dice que no hay agua de garrafón. Preferí no pedir nada de tomar.. Al terminar de consumir me acerco a la cocina y le pregunto al personal de la cocina que con que agua cocinan? Me dicen que con agua de garrafón y veo que hay como 20 garrafones de agua y además en la barra hay otro garrafón de agua en porta garrafón de agua.

La mesera o hostest me negó agua para beber.

Le pregunte directamente porque me mintió y me negó agua. y me dice que no me mintió. Debo estar mal en mi cabeza si escuché mal.

Además que nos sirvieron sin servilletas la comida, tuve que pedir a otra persona que limpiaran la mesa.
