DON'T COME HERE!

Unfortunately, our experience echoed many of the negative reviews here. When we arrived, we noticed only one other customer who ended up leaving money on the table and walking out due to the long wait. Despite there being over six staff members present and only two guests (us), service was painfully slow. It took more than 30 minutes for two simple dishes to arrive, and even the drinks took over 10 minutes served with cheap sparkling water, without even being asked for our preference.

Shockingly, one of the waitresses was casually drinking at the counter during all this. When our food finally arrived, we immediately asked for the check, but it never came. (rice was hard not fresh) After waiting again, we left the appropriate amount on the table and walked out.

As we were nearly out of the lobby, a waitress (long hair in a bun, glasses) ran after us, accusing us of leaving without paying without even checking the table first. We explained that we had left the money and shared our dissatisfaction with the service. The entire experience was disorganized and unprofessional. similar experience before pandemic, we won’t...

Voy a ser sincera y un poco dura con esta reseña ya que los precios en este lugar no son nada accesibles y la calidad y atención no fue de lo mejor. Empezando con el lugar, a eso sí le doy sus estrellas, está muy bonito y cómodo, la terraza al aire libre está 10 de 10 ✨. Sigueindo con la atención, la mesera no se porto mal, pero no fue de lo más amable, repitió varias veces si queríamos algo de tomar, siendo que le habíamos dicho ya que no. Después nos cambiaron de mesera, nos atendió la supervisora y super bien y diferente el trato 🙌🏻.

Ahora sí lo bueno bueno, la COMIDA, viene aquí por los precios que mire en Google, se me habían hecho razonables, llegué y habían cambiado el menú con precios más altos😒😒, todos los ramen en $200mxn, puedo decir que el tazón es grande, sin embargo el sabor no es nada sobresaliente y tiene muy pocos trozos de carne, pedimos el TATAMI. Pedimos también Sushi SALMON PICANTE, y nada de sabor este en $190mxn 😔😔, con decirles que la botella de agua de medio litro te la dan en $35mxn 😐.

En conclusion, el lugar está ameno, la comida tiene mucho que mejorar, personalmente no regresaría y tampoco lo recomendaría, a menos que mejorarán el sabor de lo que ofrecen en equivalencia al los precios que manejan. Me encantaría que este lugar ofreciera un platillo realmente bueno ya que este lugar tiene mucho...
