TGI Fridays — Restaurant in Baja California

My husband and I went there today, our servers name was Jonathan. He took my husbands order first since I was not ready, I only needed a few extra minutes which I feel he should’ve offered to come back when we both were ready. It took him more than 10 minutes to come back as he was helping tables across from us. When I did order, I ordered a side of fries and pasta. The pasta came out but we did not receive the fries. My husband let him know and after reminding him he brought out the order of fries. The two tables across from us seemed to get much more attention than we did and we did not feel cared for as customers. My husband enjoyed his food, I ordered something knowing I may not like it so that I would not blame our server for. Over all, we did not leave satisfied with the service...

They gave me bread with my fajitas? I asked the waitress, shouldnt it be with tortillas? She said no, we serve it with bread. So i asked for some tortillas and guacamole because they didnt give me any of that either. Then i looked at my wife (she was born in Mex.) and said WTF?! we get tortillas and guac. with fajitas in the US. When i got the bill i got charged an extra 160 pesos for the tortillas, bread and guacamole that i didnt even eat because it was about 30% black and almost frozen, basically yesterdays leftovers, at least i got the manager to adjust the bill. TGIF is only good for the bar menu. You have to be drunk, starving or under the age of 24 to really love the food otherwise i dont recommend going, drive a few miles and find yourself a better...

Horrible service . The bartender forgot to ring in our appetizers then basically lied and said that it was too busy and it will be right out. So we patiently waited. Next thing you know our entrees are being served and we have yet gotten our appetizers. We asked the bartender again how long on the appetizer and he seemed confused . So we decided just cancel the appetizer we already have our entrees so what’s the point . We tried speaking to the manager and he was all over the place and did not even acknowledge us. Not only did we get bad server the bartender decided to spray beer on us and not even apologize . The most unprofessional restaurant...
