I HAVE TO GIVE ISMEAL NICOLAS JULIO GERMAN AND MOSES TESTA PRAISES!!! THESE MEN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE MY FAMILY AND I HAD A GREAT EATING EXPERIENCE!! I LOOKED FORWARD TO DINING WITH THEM EVERYDAY. Even though the steak was a little chewy and tough these gentleman helped me get pass that and either offered something else or remade it. All of these gentleman DESERVE RECOGNITION AND A RAISE FOR THEIR SUBERB SERVICE! AIRWAYS WELCOMING AND SMILING AND MADE ME FEEL SO IMPORTANT AND NOT JUST ANOTHER GUEST. I LOVE YOU GUYS LIKE FAMILY!! We all had a spectacular experience here at Los Agaves! The food was outstanding, very authentic and flavorful and the service was incredible. We ate here most of the nights we stayed at Grand Oasis Palm.

Felix and Xavier went above and beyond to provide the best service and great experience.

We enjoyed all the food here including the desserts, particularly loved the salmon, the shrimp and the tacos. The drinks were delicious as well.

Para poder comer ahí tienes que hacer reservación pero 2 horas antes de que empiecen a servir la cena, "osea a las 4", pero como de los restaurantes es el mejor, la gente empieza a formarse desde las 2 o 3 de la tarde por lo que te quedas ahí quemándote y perdiendo tiempo valioso de tus vacaciones y si quieres salir del hotel ya te jodiste porque o te regresas a las 2 o te pierdes del restaurante. Los alimentos sí están ricos y servidos con porciones adecuadas, son tres tiempos, entrada que puede ser ensalada, sopa o un taquito, el segundo tiempo es el plato fuerte y de tercer tiempo tu postre que está dos tres. En bebidas pues no hay variedad, limonada naranjada y refrescos o cocteles básicos, si quieres vino te ofrecen la botella con un costo adicional. Tiene vista a los juegos pero no entrada por lo que los niños los ven y se inquietan por que no pueden hacer uso de ellos, por lo menos hasta que te salgas del restaurante y rodees el hotel por la playa. El mesero no tenía buena actitud, se comportó como si estuviera obligado a servir, quejándose y comentando sobre los huéspedes con otro compañero, aunque más tarde cambió un poco su actitud y nos atendió bien.
