The worst tour I have ever been on. I traveled with a very large group and everyone shared the same experience. The crew starts of ok but as the day develops they quickly seem to loose the energy they start off with- all having major attitudes. Took the golf cart and ended up loosing the group going to the main destination- it was fine because me and the other golf cart Iin our crew arrived at the same time. Once at the destination we were told we only get 10 minutes to take pictures. 10 minutes! Went to a souvenir shop and had issues using a credit card to make a purchase (all 6 ccs used declined) so we had to put all our items back. When we returned to our parked cart our entire group was gone. We were so lost, and it caused us to return after our group. How lost were we, well after driving the wrong way down multiple one way streets and flagfing down a taxi driver to guide us, we finally were met by Yessenia the group guide who was yelling at us the moment we pulled up stating we needed to pay another full hour because we went over our time. We asked her why did she leave us behind and she continued to argue that it was our fault. We had to pay 30.00 to whomever they rent the golf carts from. We met up with our group that was not too far from the drop off point, and they told me they has JUST returned 5 minutes ago. There was no care from Yessenia for our well being and no intention to try to understand what went wrong. The attitudes didn't stop there. Pick up to return to thr boat was at 3pm - we weren't picked up until 345. As we lined up with our group to get back on the boat this same woman was yelling at one of the seniors in our group to make 1 line. She turned to her colleague and told him, "If you don't yell at these people, they don't listen." Others from my group experienced other negative interactions with other members of the crew including the captain. Btw... few realized that the captain almost crashed the boat while trying to anchor and wait for the Snorkeling crew to return. The whole tour was mismanaged and poorly serviced. I'm so disappointed with what should have been one of the highlights from our...
Read moreSo much fun!!! We went on a Monday, so the boat was almost empty. There were maybe 12 other patrons. But there was a full crew and they went all out even though we were such a small group. EVERYONE was friendly and fun and attentive. The food was AMAZING!!! Cooked fresh on the boat while you're enjoying the water activities. Snorkeling was amazing. It wasn't fast paced and you had time to take it all in. There was one area by the underwater statues that was crowded with other groups, but it was still awesome and BEAUTIFUL! The continental breakfast was okay. Pastries, coffee and fruit, but it was a good start to give us some energy. The slide was so much fun! And they have staff in the water, waiting for you so they can tow you in so you waste less energy swimming back. They also had ropes to grab onto to pull yourself back. So convenient. The island was so much fun. We rented golf carts on our own and explored. Easy to get around. Make sure to walk to one of the nearby rental places. The people right by the port will overcharge you. And remember to haggle! Don't buy things by the port. Way overpriced. Drive a little ways and into the island, they have endless vendors. A bunch selling the same stuff, so haggle haggle haggle!! We had some places trying to charge us 4 to 5 times more than other places. We got to dance, we made friends, and we walked away with one of our best experiences here in Cancun. To the staff: thank you so much for making us feel special and making sure we were safe and always having fun. Thank you for explaining things and directing us so well in everything we did. You all were so wonderful and you made this experience that much better....
Read moreThis was by far the best thing I’ve ever spent money on I will definitely go back!! This was an all inclusive party boat cruise to isla mujeres it included open bar unlimited drinks breakfast AND lunch + snorkeling. my husband and I went on a Sunday it started at 10 in the morning until 5pm. The staff started off with serving breakfast then they put on a dance show and served us drinks snorkeling was next we didn’t see many fish and there were other groups from different boats all in the same area snorkeling so there were many people in one area in the water I guess that’s why we weren’t able to see that many fish I didn’t mind since I had already gone snorkeling the year before on a different excursion. The water was clear blue and was very relaxing there was also an underwater museum that was pretty cool. After we did some dancing and drinking then they stopped the boat for about half an hour and open up a water slide and diving board for us to use that was my favourite part it was so much fun + the weather was great hot and sunny perfect for this activity. We had lunch after this and they served us beef strips with rice and salad it was delicious then we stopped at isla mujeres and we were able to have an open bar + pool + plus lounge and enjoy the beach. After that we went to the centre of isla mujeres for an hour or so to do shopping/go to the beach. On our way back to Cancun we partied and drank! The staff had us dancing to different songs and gave us performances! Price was $275 CAD for 2 adults. Another thing, there is no pick up or drop off from hotel you have to meet them where the marina is at playa Linda. Thankfully it was only a 5min...
