I got the chocolate italiano frappe. I was expecting a lot because of the name of the cafe and this frozen drink. However, I was disappointed in that it was too sweet and did not have much of a robust coffee flavor. I was disappointed to see these drinks are premade in a slush machine and it’s just poured into a plastic cup with chocolate syrup on sides and some things mixed in to make different flavors for the menu. I did not taste any coffee or even a shot of espresso flavor in there. It was like a chocolate milkshake. I don’t think there’s real coffee or espresso in it at all. It’s not a gourmet coffee place as the name implies. You don’t get customizable milk options. It’s more like a fast food place for coffee. Then the cashier automatically added 15% tip for really doing nothing and no smile to welcome inside nor said thanks. I will not...

I was so happy when I saw this place opened up because I can not find a place that makes good sweet-iced-coffee.

This place apparently does not make sweet-iced-coffee either, even though they do have iced-coffee on the menu. The staff flat out refused to add flavors to their iced coffee, or serve it in a large (versus medium) cup, because the large cups where for frappe's - I even offered to pay more.
