Verily, a most vexing experience befell me. The din within was like the clamor of a thousand clanging bells, and the fare was a dire affront to the palate. I did beseech a plate of salmon, yet lo, it arrived encased in ice, a frozen specter fit for a winter’s night. The pesto was a mockery, a green paste of ill repute, and the fettuccine was a woeful tangle, soggy and bereft of form. The chicken, alas, was as parched as the arid plains of Arabia, and the water bore such a foul stench that I quailed at the thought of quaffing it. To add to mine woes, the tuna was of a blackish hue and as far from fresh as one could imagine. And to my great dismay, the music was but a cacophony of dreadful tastes. In truth, this ordeal I would not wish upon even mine adversaries, and it most certainly was not...

This is just a terrible tourist-trap. High prices, bad food. None of the people I went with finished their meal. You get rock-hard croissants???? and a weird also rock-hard bun with your (small dish) of pasta? Fries with the hamburger were still raw and the chef is painting the walls WHILE COOKING. The interior had potential as it's a beautiful old building, they clearly just didn't want to hire a proper designer to decorate the place. HORRIBLE! DON'T GO HERE.

Hoy comí en este restaurante, llegué e hicimos pedido en el instante ya que ya sabíamos que queriamos, pasaron 50 min y la comida aun no llegaba, debo destacar que el lugar estaba solo cuando llegamos y metimos el pedido, pedimos 4 hamburguesas con papas, pensamos que tal ves se tardaban por qué era pan artesanal o algo así, pero eran pan "bombillos Bimbo" que pues venden hechos, era una hamburguesa de sencilla y no es como la foto que se muestra, tiene menos papás y la ensalada va dentro de la hamburguesa. Tenía "promoción" de coctelería "2x1" pedimos unos Tom Collins que tenían el precio de 90, entonces por 2 si había 2x1 debíamos pagar 90, al llegar la cuenta tenían el precio de 100, llame a la mesera para preguntar y me dijo "esque es 2x1 por y eso cuesta 100" a lo que le comente " pero aquí dice 90" y me dijo " si pero por el 2x1 sube a 100" a lo que respondí que entonces no era 2x1 y me dijo pues no, yo sé que no son mucho 10 pesos y obvio no me molesta pagarlos siempre y cuánto me hubieran especificado desde un principio , como turista y servidora de sector turístico me parece que no es un buen servicio al cliente y menos en un lugar tan turístico de Guanajuato, más que nada me dolió mi tiempo ya que perdí varias actividades que quería realizar por estar esperando 50 min la comida y en lo que comimos mis acompañantes y yo.. por qué como pensamos que al estar solo nos iban a servir rápido, pensábamos comer y seguir con actividades que ya no pudimos realizar. Es cuanto sabor de la comida fue bueno, más volviendo a la relación calidad- precio y tiempo, consideró no lo vale, espero puedan solucionar esto para que no tengan otras malas...
