This is a small restaurant, always packed with mostly locals. As you walk in, you feel at home with beautiful paintings and hanging plants.
We went in for a late breakfast and enjoyed eggs, beans, and pancakes with fresh fruits and freshly squeezed OJ. The food is well prepared and seasoned well. I also ordered the Menudo, a weekend-only special. The house-made fresh salsa and pico de gallo are excellent. The Menudo is packed, meaty, and delicious. Portion size is perfect for sharing.

No need to look at the menu. CHILAQUILES is the only item you need to know. I have tried chilaquiles all over PV. Dianita's is the hands down winner.
