"Visiting from Los Angeles, CA, we stayed at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort and were looking for authentic Mexican cuisine down town Cabo , We found exactly that at both Mex Lindo and the spot across the street, Los paisas —each offering incredible, flavorful dishes. The consomé and tacos across the way were a must-try, rich in traditional flavors. Delicious! We came across this little restaurant when we were super hungry and hot and it was the perfect fit! Cool but comfortable, and a great friendly staff! The food was delicious and very authentic. We had quesabirria, flautas, tacos de camaron, and tacos al pastor. They were all amazing! We came back a few days later for chilaquiles, huevos con chorizo, and pampazos, and they were all amazing!...

Second day in Cabo, we stumbled upon this restaurant. We got The sope (1/2 al pastor and 1/2 carne asada) and the queso birria. These are hands down the best we have EVER had! The staff is so friendly and the food is hands down the best! We will be back...
