Typically, a shop run by teenagers over the summer is lacking in service, but not here. They were prompt, kept the store clean, and so knowledgeable about the product they were able to make good pairing suggestions to me and my wife. As if that weren't enough the ambience is so welcoming, calm and romantic which makes it a great place to bring a date. Amarino in CDMX is a much more upscale experience than Amarino in the states which feels more like a nightclub no matter the time of day. If your feet need a break or you're looking to escape the historic city center bustle, this is a nice spot to do it. Great job, I'll definitely be back for more delicious coffee and chocolate Gelato. Whether you're a Gelato connoisseur or novice your tastebuds will surely be impressed here.

Cute shop, clean and friendly. They also have bathrooms which are clean and available for customers to use. The gelato was not smooth, it was a little icy (if that makes sense). We got passion fruit and lime flavor. I am not a sweet tooth at all, but these were all tart no sweetness. I would give them another try if ever in the area, and maybe try flavors not typically sour to see if maybe that makes the difference.

I've had gelato in many places around the world and I felt that the quality of this gelato is world class. I would recommend trying the Ecuadorian chocolate and the coffee with coffee beans. It was just amazing. Price is a little expensive but you get what you pay for. We came here in the late evening before 11:00 p.m. and there were many people getting gelato. The large is a good size serving as it is packed well above the cup edge. I'm glad I found this late in my vacation stay because I would have eaten here all the time. You pay for your ice cream first and then you bring your ticket and they will scoop whatever you want. It was a little bit different than I was used to. Thanks to the ice cream shop for providing such a...

The gelato was excellent and definitely can taste the high quality of the ingredients. However, we made the mistake of ordering their signature hot chocolate. This caused food poisoning for both of us. There was something off when we first tasted it. They definitely don't make their Mexican hot chocolate fresh and suspect they made it early in the day or the day before and the milk went bad. You need to stop serving this drink or you will get someone seriously sick. I don't understand how an expensive dessert place with locations in Dubai, Milan etc. can be this careless with...
