BeerGarden Roma — Restaurant in Mexico City

Expensive drinks and expensive food. They changed the menu from about a month ago and raised the prices on everything. The newest songs are songs from 2013 -_- and even though you can search songs from many different languages in the room they will only give a korean song book or a Spanish english one. Dont see the harm in giving both. If your in kpop they only old songs as well probably from 2013 too. Which means no bts, exo, monstax, blackpink, and no twice. Also old spanish songs which means no bad bunny, no jbalvin, or any other newage popular artist. Theres always three workers just on computers the whole time and the service for the waiters and waitresses arnt the best. Please add new songs! This place has been closed for the last two times we tried to go because they failed to pay some taxes or something too. So beware it...

El karaoke es estúpidamente sobrevalorado. Instalaciones “decentes”, pero no va de acuerdo a precio - calidad, pedimos dos paquetes que incluye 1 botella y unas cuantas cervezas cada paquete, más un pago extra por hora de karaoke de aprox $1,300 la hora en total pedimos dos horas de karaoke. Fueron en total: 2 paquetes y dos horas de karaoke que da un total 13 mil y algo, casi 14 mil, descartamos su comida porque es horrenda y fría (ya he venido 3 veces ahí) y en mi primera experiencia; el mesero trató de inflar la cuenta con bebidas que no habíamos pedido y en esta última fue peor, el mesero trató de ocultar un voucher con un monto de $3,500, ya que en el momento del cobró no le dio a mi amigo la copia del voucher porque se salió corriendo “porque lo llamaron”, y regresó y siguió cobrando, otra persona hizo el mismo pago con el mismo monto y al final el decía que solo habíamos hecho uno, se tuvo que enseñar por la app del celular porque decía: “hagamos la suma de los vouchers, chicos”, pero como un voucher lo tenía ESCONDIDO y el no había dado la copia claramente no daba, si sabemos sumar con calculadora. Al final como sabíamos que estaba ESTAFANDO empieza a tener una actitud agresiva, y solo pidió disculpas. This place is quite rubbish. The garden is pretty but for a place that calls itself a beer garden its selection of beers is very limited (only 2 beers in tap and the one we got was flat!). Was looking forward to choosing between Korean food, ramen and burgers but the only vegetarian option they have on their menu is pizza 😑 and it was an ok but way overpriced pizza at that. Avoid - there are waaaay better places in Roma for good...
