Amazing Ice cream! They have so many wonderful options, and lots of non-dairy flavors as well. I got the guava and passion fruit, which was so awesome. The people working there were super friendly, and let us have all the samples we wanted. They close late, so we were able to eat some midnight ice cream. By far the best ice cream in Mexico! I would recommend the strawberry and banana, it tastes amazing, and is like a banana split. Also the guava, and strawberry. They look super cute, with seating outside, and they also have boba! Best gelato I’ve ever had EVER.

SO many unique flavors I’ve never had before. The staff is so friendly and the vibe outside is perfect with the gazebo and lights. It’s a great date night.

We got the cookies & cream, strawberry chocolate, guayaba, and the banana split - all of them were so rich, creamy, thick, and delicious.

My new favorite gelato spot in Mexico. Forget ice cream when you have this kind of gelato.

You can’t go wrong here!

Got an absolutely enormous ice cream cone (I ordered two scoops, and got a taste of a third for free) 😂 friendly staff and a big range of flavours. A little on the sweet side, but good quality ice cream. As a bonus, there's a nice park across the street that you can wander around/sit in while you eat your Ice cream. Ordered coffee with cinnamon, cardamom, and got a bonus scoop of chocolate with almonds.

Recientemente - hace unas dos semanas - cambiaron el envase para el takeaway y debo opinar que no es nada práctico. Al contrario, es incómodo, se parte con facilidad al tratar de abrirlo por el tipo de material del que está hecho, es impractico incluso para almacenar. El envase anterior cabía perfecto en el lateral del freezer, ocupaba menos espacio. Y lo menos positivo de este envase es que deja dudas de que realmente esté recibiendo un litro o medio litro de helado - según sea el caso - dado el diseño del recipiente. El packaging es un detalle que los clientes agradecemos, lo sé porque tengo clientes y el cliente no sólo aprecia el producto sino el valor agregado de la atención del proveedor o comercio y el packaging es parte de la atención al cliente. Todo excelente con el producto y con el staff que siempre me saludan y atienden con la mayor cordialidad. Sería muy gentil y un cuidado en temas de atención al cliente, mejorar el packaging del take away; o volver al mismo recipiente anterior que era práctico, cómodo y nunca tuve dudas de si estaba recibiendo o no la cantidad de helado que pagué. Agradezco de antemano si alguno de los dueños lee este comentario, cuya única intención es hacer un llamado a una oportunidad de mejora.

The GOAT of gelato shops. We found it by luck a few minutes before they closed. The staff is super friendly and helped us sample soo many flavors. All of them are 🤯 and they're sculpted in the display like artwork. I settled on two scoops, one platano & one mango. They threw in a mini scoop of fresa on top and it was perfect. So good. If you're looking for gelato or the smoothest dairy free sorbets, then this is the place.
