The food was fine, but the service was seriously lacking.

I was ready for a takeout order, but theres no one at the counter. Then when she came back to the counter, she insisted on having me wait and instead was taking inventory for a delivery that was multiple boxes deep, signed those, then told a couple of workers what to do with the boxes that just arrived..... Then signed into the POS, then greeted me.

Finally I was able to order and as I sat there, I could only think of the mistake it was to have stayed in line and give them my business while they ignored me and moved on with business otherwise. I probably would have left if the order had not been specifically requested by my significant other, so here I am letting the store management know that first impressions are important, and although the food was fine, the limited service they provided...

Me llamó mucho la atención y decidí ir a conocerlo, y en términos generales puedo decir que fue regular a mal, por tres razones muy importantes,

Solo hay 4 opciones de sandwich y de las 4 faltaba la opción de lechón, es como si a un restaurante le faltará el 25% de sus opciones, además si vas a tener solo 4 opciones de sandwich es que esas 4 opciones son las mejores del mundo y en mi caso, hubo una opción muy buena (la de lomo), una buena (la de chicharrón) y una bastante regular (la de asado de la abuela) y una opción que no había, muy mal. Las papas buenas, pero papas congeladas.

NO HAY BAÑOS.... Cómo un lugar en Polanquito, con mesas para comer ahí, no tiene baño??? Será por qué es comida rápida??? Hasta McDonald's tiene baños...

Si son un rest de comida rápida, y alegan no tener baño por eso, me parece muy grave y de mal gusto, que la cajera este pidiendo propina y servicio. Aquí si es un punto delicado y hay bastantes opiniones encontradas, pero a mí entender un sitio que no tenga servicios de mesero, que la orden se tome en mesa y que un mesero te atienda, no deberían estar pidiendo propina..

Por estás tres razones es que en mi parecer no es un sitio...
