First of all the server did their best. She offered alternatives and really was sweet and kind. The food just was horrible. Not her fault. Extremely over priced menu. The lemonade was 70 pesos and wasn’t good. At that price it should be the best lemonade I’ve ever had. The food she brought us was 280 pesos. At that price it has to be amazing. It was horrible smelling. Too many combinations of flavors and smells. Overly complex when it didn’t need to be. Not a large amount of food. Combining mole , with plantains with rice with coconut is a tough sell. Not traditional but we gave it a chance. It was inedible. The smell was so strong from the food we felt nauseous . Could not finish it. She offered an alternative free Al pastor taco that was decent but not amazing. But she did not make the meal that was terrible free even tho we ate about three bites of it. Would not return. Would not recommend. This place focuses too much on plating and esthetics and complexity. They should focus more on delivering a solid meal. You can not justify charging 280 pesos for an inedible meal, no matter how beautiful it is. Other items on the menu indicate this philosophy of esthetics over content is present. They offer a burger with pink buns. Stop. This is a bad idea.

Went there evening on thrush and it was not crowded. Ordered tepache and milk with cinnamon and turmeric along with the mole entry and three tacos (pastor, Jamaica and crudis). I also ordered a mushroom soup. Mushroom soup was pretty tasteless but the sauce and oil on table helped it bring from meh to ok. The Tepache was pretty decent but the milk and turmeric was pretty lukewarm and turned cold pretty quickly. Mole entry arrived on time and again failed the taste test and went from Meh to ok only because of the salsa verde on the table. The taco order was lost for a long time ( we only had 5 tables active so really not a busy day). Multiple reminders later it showed up. Decent but the problem is I went the same morning to Por siempre and the tacos there were not only outstanding but considerably cheap. I think the instagram foodie posters have unnecessarily hyped this place up. As of now Por siempre knocks this place off by miles in a true taste bake-off as well as value for money.

This was my favorite place when I first came to Mexico City, so I knew I had to take my family here when we come to visit CDMX together. We absolutely loved the food, and it was just as good as I remembered. We ordered 12 tacos, the guacamole and chips, and also tried their Jamaica (Hibiscus) water, and Kombucha. This is really some of the best tacos I have ever tried. I would not say they are like traditional tacos at all, but they are so light and refreshing yet filling. The chips for the guacamole are also baked not fried, so it is a relatively healthy meal. We LOVED all the food, but what makes this experience are the people who work here. So incredibly kind and welcoming, full of smiles, and patience. It's one of our favorite meals, and more then made up for the stress of getting from the airport into the city. It's also in a beautiful neighborhood, so it's the perfect place to take a walk after the meal.

What i can make a really nice review about this place is about the staff. They were really friendly all the time. I would like to leave this review in order to construct better places. Despite the service was really cool, dont be impressed with a pink Tortillas, i have been visiting most of the Vegan options in Mexico city, and i found this place, that has more packaging than content. The menu looks really good, but didnt has the punch of flavours in order to honour the price of 3 tacos for 170 mx . The kombucha i paid there around 100 pesos , was the most expensive Kombu i paid till now ( it was really good but pricey) Maybe because is the developing of a trend, are more expensive than Germany.

One important thing, remember, when you go to eat, you are looking for the experience, done buy the food, the place, the staff, and one important, that i realized is not really a matter yet in many places in CDMX is the selection and curation of your music. It was a pain in my ears to be listenting Love songs, Ricky Martin asi es Maria, Love Songs that made my willing to leave.

In case you would like to have a better selection of music. Write me, i am in a Music collective specialized in making music unic for each place. It is part and is important.

Thanks for the possibility of...

I enjoyed my meal here, it was my last, it was my lsat meal while visiting Mexico City, I oped for the breakfast special which is served until 2pm - I picked the burrito which comes w a fruit bowl, coffee and orange juice. I want to start staying that the colors and the presentation of the dishes is truly next lever, just visually beautiful and very inviting. The fruit was yummy, the burrito was huge so I ate only half and took the other half to go. The flavors were wonderful, it was delicious. I also wanted to try the famous purple tacos so I ordered one tofu curry one and also it was just wonderful. I ended up ordering a brownie as well and the brownie was 90 pesos which I thought that was bit expensive, the presentation once again as on point but I found the brownie to be too dense.

The one aspect that I was disappoint with my experience was the customer service, once my meal was brought to me , no body checked on me one single time, nobody asked how is my meal, if I needed anything, I was the staff being attentive to other guests but since I was sitting further away, I left ignored, I also had to ask for the check...
