Rebel Wings — Restaurant in Mexico City

This placed seemed a good place after a long day of sight seeing - my brother, mother, uncle and I came here on a Saturday night. The place is two stories high, and we were seated on the main level.

Our server was nice, but it seemed he was the only one serving the main level. When he came over he talked about their big promotion which was all you can eat boneless or w/bone wings. He kept talking this up so we all went for it.

The first order came out good and tasty, but then the following orders either didn’t come out correct (they brought us the wrong ones) or they didn’t come out at all.

The server would walk by and every time we would ask for something he would say it was on its way.

Myself and my uncle ended up leaving after two servings - it was enough for me to be full but it took forever to get second order and it was wrong.

The vibes seems cool but I would suggest to Just get something else...

Ha! So where do I begin hmm let’s start with the service at this location, TERRIBLE never again will I goto this location. The food came out fast which was great at first but on first touch EVERYTHING was cold the fries the burgers and the wings and then when we told the server she took the food, I guess then microwaved it which is not a problem, but when it came back it still was COLD I mean not even a little warm like wow… then when going out to smoke the server thought I wasn’t going go Pay RIGHTFULLY so I should’ve have paid I didn’t even eat none of it to satisfaction, As the good person I am Of course I paid but I felt terrible I hope I don’t wake up with a stomach pain because the food obviously was old and the service was unbelievably HORRIBLE. If you care where you spend your money DONT ever come to this location, maybe another one but...

Came for the buffet, asked for 25 boneless, the first 10 were ok, the rest were overcooked tasted like something burnt, Ordered a drink to the waiter, he left and right after I called him many times also a little loud, but did not turn around (wanted to change my drink). So after after I called another waiter’s attention, mine came back saying he could not change the drink he’d already written down in the machine and they would’ve asked for him to pay the other one, was the same price though. So I asked to speak to the manager, which did not happen but they still brought me a not very tasty drink. The waiter did try to be nice afterwards though. Still asking for so much food and most of it not tasty?...
