Restaurant: We visited twice during our weekend trip to Mexico City. The first time was on a Friday night around 8pm and our wait time was about 15 minutes. There were about 20 people waiting to get seated, but the staff appears to have a good system in place for table turnover. The restaurant has a very casual atmosphere, and throughout the evening, we were visited by different waiters/waitresses asking us about service and food quality. The one thing that I found odd, was that the staff will literally run from one place to another. The food arrives rather quickly, and it appears to be a popular establishment. I believe it's their way of keeping the tables moving, hence, the short wait times to get seated. We were also approached by 4 different people during our dinner, which lasted roughly 35 min. Overall, good atmosphere for casual dining but keep in mind that this may not be the restaurant to sit and chat with friends. It is a little loud in the evening, and at times it can feel like you're being rushed through dinner. For breakfast, the atmosphere was more relaxed, but also there were less people. There was a noticeable contrast in service in the morning vs the evening. 4/5

Food: Dinner: We ordered guacamole for appetizers and it comes with chicharron (pork rind). It was ok, nothing that stands out. I would pass on it next time. I had a small pozole de pollo (chicken) with one green enchilada. The ability to select the portion sizes (on some entrees) was really neat. That allowed me to try two different items without having to order two full meals. My friend had a vegetarian pozole (basically, regular pozole without any meat). The pozole comes with sides (lemon, lettuce, chopped onion, tostadas, sour cream, salsa). Our dinner was delicious and a great way to end the evening. Highly recommend the enchiladas verdes and pozole.

Breakfast: We returned two days later for breakfast. I had chilaquiles verdes de pollo (chicken) with a green juice and my friend had the same, except with egg. Good portions, great food!

Price: This restaurant is very affordable. For dinner, we spent roughly $500 pesos for both of us. Breakfast was around $300 pesos...

We came here today as our uber driver made this recommendation and we were looking for a decent Mexican food spot w/ delicious food without it being overpriced. You get a ticket w/ a # downstairs and we waited less than 10 mins to be seated as it seems we came during peak hours. It was incredibly busy! The main seating area is one level upstairs. Bathrooms are above that floor. The food was pretty good overall. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because my pozole and my bfs flautas were just okay.. we expected more flavor from the pozole and more crunch from the flautas but it just didn’t have that huge impact on our taste buds. We also ordered tostadas de tinga, enchilada de pollo en salsa verde and guacamole. I can confidently say they were absolutely delicious! My bf also loved his limonada natural. The waiters were very attentive, quick and efficient. Would come back...

Not sure why some people wrote bad reviews in this branch but our experience was good. On our last visit on 03.11.2023, we just waited for 10 people ahead of us. A day before, we had to wait for 60 people ahead of us.

Since they have many branches in Mexico city, this one is located close to the traditional market we went.

Pros They have someone on the ground floor to arrange the ticket for the queue. Entrance accessible for wheelchairs. Affordable price and good food. The pozole chicken was tastier than in Forum Buenavista. Quesadillas and Tostada are excellent in taste as well. We spent 300 MXN pesos for 3 people. The service is fast as always. They accept payment in cash or card. Tamarindo drinks with canela are fresh. The restaurant is located on the second floor. You can take...
