Buffet del Chef — Restaurant in Oaxaca

Absolutely incredible gem that I found while wandering the streets of Oaxaca! The buffet costs 90 pesos (US$4.45) as of November 2024 and you pay in cash at the front before you enter (not sure if there’s a card option). They leave a little tray for a tip (propina) at the end. You are seated by very friendly and attentive staff then you go up to get your plate of salad, main dish and dessert after. All delicious and huge portions. The staff serve you the food.
