Horrible service!!! Mediocre food ... Go somewhere else!

I don't usually write reviews but... This was too bad to not let other people know....The waiter was a horrible joke. He was pouring the wine and spilling out of the glass a good amount every time he was serving us wine. We wanted to leave but we had 5 hungry kids so we decided to stay. We ordered 4 main courses and 2 bottles of wine (22€ each. Good local wine. For the second bottle I asked the waiter to leave the bottle on the table so I could pour it myself...) no desserts and only a tiny plate of cheese and olives as appetizer. And the total bill was 170€. In Spanish we have a proverb that says..."El mayor desprecio es no hacer aprecio" ("best critic is to ignore") so I doubted if to do this review, but I think people not enjoying their jobs and therefore clients having to have a bad experience because of them it's a real shame so at least they deserve this... We are two, we ordered two fish soups only( one soup =4€), it was very 😋 😋.

The bill should be 8€ but it was 11€. I asked the waiter what was 3€ extra for, and the answer was each one 1.5€ for chairs, folks, pepper, and salt, I don't know if the bread they gave us include or not. Seriously!? By the way, we only used the spoon for soup and the chair. Just why didn't u tell us from the beginning about that? Just imagine if we are 5 or 6, each person 1.5€ 🤷‍♂️.

This has Bern the best food and the best service by far in budva. The owner/manager took me in although I didn't have a booking. The waiter was funny (possibly drunk) even though he got my second course wrong. He owned so well by being comical and super speedy. The food was so so fresh and very tasty. I was bought different types of bread with a tomato salsa and some olive oil with fresh garlic. I will definitely ho back in Mt short stay as the food and service was superb. The tuna steak wad fresh as can be and cooked to perfection. The octopus salad was not swimming in...
