We went for dinner in the evening and it was fantastic. The chef gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our table. The highlight was watching the chefs work in the open kitchen. Seeing the dishes being cooked in and on the large oven was fascinating.

We ordered chicken tagine, tuna and kefta – everything was freshly prepared and full of flavour.
