Craft Bistro — Restaurant in Khomas

I hardly leave reviews but this I had to do: It is my birthday, and decided to treat myself to a nice breakfast. Oh what a big mistake I made to come here today. The waiter served me Hot Chocolate with milk that was totally off. At first, the mug looked great and I took a fair portion of the cream on top .. and tried to ignore the smell, until I put sugar and stir to take a proper sip. It was the milk, bad! My stomach did not feel good for a while. To make the matter worse, both the waiter and the lady at the cashier did not really acknowledge that the milk was bad. They said the milk was OK. How can this be? I did not pay for the Hot Chocolate, although they tried to charge me for it. I saw the same lady with a whole new box of milk carrying it inside... Really? Please, that was a bad bad experience and almost ruined my birthday ( with an upset stomach). I will never come...

Whoever supports this business should stop doing it. This establishment treat their employees inhumanely and they do not respect their employees. People have mouths to feed and they demand for higher salaries but they’re fired when...
