Himalayan Java Coffee - Lainchaur — Restaurant in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

My lactose intolerant friend ordered a Oat milk Cappuccino. But as you can see on the bill, Himalayan Java charged us for both the Cappuccino and the Oat Milk. The Oat Milk is listed as "extra".

The cappuccino was made of oat milk, so how is it listen as an extra item? Did they mean to charge us Rs 243 for a shot of espresso that they used to make the cappuccino? If so, that is ridiculously priced.

How is this evennnn allowed, this is straight up scam!

When asked if it was a mistake, the staff said that it is just the way it is. I do not get this at all. We essentially paid for a "cappuccino with normal milk" and "extra oat milk" without getting the "normal milk version". Ugh, Never returning here. I like the coffee and food here overall however I frequently experience bad services at Himalayan Java Coffee most of the time. I was on my way and used the app to order, they did not do a confirmation call and when i reached they were not prepared. And said those order are not available and again made me reorder from the app and wasted my time. When I asked them that they should have confirmed my order from the app they said birsyo. And the manager (lady) was also not so friendly. Its just that for such a wanna be international standard and high price they should do better. If the app is not ready they should not launch it. If the product is sold out they should mention so. If there is trouble the staffs/managers...
