Right on the lakeside! Perfect for enjoying the buzz of Pokhara and escaping to the tranquility of Fewa Lake. Close to shops, restaurants, and other attractions. They have clean and spacious rooms, some with unbeatable lake views (ask for one if it's important to you, and you won't regret it!). Comfortable beds for a restful stay after exploring Pokhara. The friendly and helpful staff are a major highlight. They're happy to answer questions and assist with anything you need. This is great for travelers who want local recommendations or help planning activities. They have pick-up and drop service for Annapurna Sight Seeing. Breakfast is included and gets good reviews, with options to cater to different dietary needs. The rooftop terrace with stunning views of the lake and mountains is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun. Some rooms face the street, which can be noisy at night, especially on weekends. They don't have parking and are not accessible for wheelchairs. But they can manage if you need that help. The staff's hospitality, beautiful location, and delicious breakfast make it a great value for the price. Though the price is a bit expensive, one needs to book beforehand to get lakeview...
Read moreI returned to Nepal after 12 years and stayed 10 nights at Hotel Fewa Camp in Pokhara — overall I was very satisfied. The hotel sits right in the heart of Lakeside, making it extremely convenient to walk to yoga and meditation classes, gyms, and live-music venues.
If you care about lake views, this place is hard to beat on Lakeside: every morning I would open the balcony curtains and get a full panorama of Fewa Lake, birds and lakeside life — people playing football and volleyball along the shore — which was simply wonderful.
The rooms are comfortable and make it easy to unwind after a day of trekking, training, or sightseeing. The hotel offers free in-room Wi-Fi and rooms equipped for media, so we could easily stream YouTube/Netflix in the evenings (we even caught the latest episode of Wednesday while there).
Service was attentive and helpful — staff responded to requests quickly. Breakfast is ordered à la carte rather than a buffet, but portions can be refilled so you start the day energized.
In short, if you’re choosing a place to stay in Pokhara, I’d highly recommend Hotel Fewa Camp for its unbeatable location, excellent lake views, and...

I stayed for 4 nights in June. Make sure you get a room with a lakeside view, as other people have recommended (thank you), for the fabulous view and quieter side of the hotel. The staff were wonderful, surprising me with fruit and a juice on two separate occasions when I returned for the day. They booked me a bus ticket to Lumbini, and there was confusion with the booking when I boarded, so they called me to check that everything was okay. When I checked out, they farewelled me with a pashmina scarf.
It was a bit noisy at night due to bars being nearby. (I can't imagine what the roadside rooms were like.)
Admittedly I did laundry and ate elsewhere as it...
