Hotel Crystal Fall — Hotel in Pokhara

Very small hotel with 3 floors, 4 rooms each. No lifts. Our group was big, all could not be accodated in the hotel but instead of informing that, few of us were kept in the building where staffs stay. Those rooms are not up to the standards. Very small room, Bed Linen, towels were stained, cupboards were broken with no doors. Toilets are super small.

Hotel management should be more transparant about the all the room conditions while taking booking, and must know this is not a way to handle any single tourist and dump in staff quarter at the same floor where the waiters stays. Very unprofessional it seems. Nevertheless the waiters and other staffs were very helpful.

3-4 mins walk to main road, our bus could not be taken to hotel's main gate. Car can enter. Pokhara lake is around 10 mins distant.

Disappointing Stay at Crystal Falls Pokhara Rating: 1/5 (and that's being generous)

I had the misfortune of staying at Crystal Falls Pokhara for a night, and it was an utterly disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, with staff seeming completely uninterested in attending to our needs.

But the worst part was the food - it was tasteless and uninspiring. I've had better meals at local eateries. For a hotel that claims to offer a certain level of luxury, the culinary experience was shockingly subpar.

Given the plethora of excellent hotels in Pokhara, I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money on Crystal Falls. Unless they seriously revamp their service and cuisine, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Crystal Fall, Pokhara. The rooms are managed well, with centrally distributed hot water and good bathroom consumables. Boarding service and food quality are satisfying, especially for vegetarians.

There’s no room AC, only a fan – but honestly, there’s no real need for AC in this climate, so it works fine. Communication skills in English are not essential here, but the staff is polite and helpful, which makes the experience comfortable.
