The perfect neighborhood wine bar! It’s been a bike by for the last year but finally made it in. Many regrets for not stopping in earlier and often.
It’s a small, cosy spot. Long and narrow, with maybe 20 seats and a few at the bar. Tight, dark and crowded with a bit of noise so makes for a good atmosphere. Perfect spot on a dark Dutch night.
A good selection of wines by the glass as well as a solid bottle list. A full cocktail variety also.
Above average bar food. Devilish eggs €3.50, excellent bread and mounds of Dutch butter €4 and other stuff I don’t recall. No bitterballan, thankfully!!
