Book a party of 25 for a special meal for a 21st birthday celebration one month in advance. Arriving at the restaurant at 8pm on 01-12-23. The meal was a set menu Starter : Chicken Wings Main- Steak, chips and salad. Dessert : Apple Pie €41 x 25 person= €1025 plus add drink to that tab too . Very simple menu. Started off well the chicken wings were delicious, but the main course was a disappointment. The chips and salad were finished before the steak was served, resulting in some guests not receiving their meals at all. The inconsistency in timing and the fact that some guests were left without steaks is indeed unacceptable. We requested to talk to management as the ONE waiter was not see the problem in my opinion, we requested not to pay for the meals that were not served. Some staff members were rude when you asked questions. The birthday guest, in particular, only received chicken wings, which is far from ideal. To top it off, the night ended without dessert as we didn't want to further ruin the experience.The manager did apologise but honest it was way to late for that . The services and food fell far short of our expectations. With about €1200-€1400 been spent in their restaurants between food and drinks was a very disappointing experience and would avoid...
