Dae bakery cafe — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Two of us came around 12.30 to 1pm, and no one showed to guide us to a table and we had to find one by ourselves. The table was not clean, I think they didn't map it after the previous guest and left the menu on the table. No one walked to us to help with order and we had to wait pretty long to order. There were only two people working and one of them was at the back doing something and one lady took care of everything. Until we had the chance to order, all toast was not available so we only ordered coffee and mango smoothie to take away. Coffee is delicious,all desserts as well, but when my kid wanted to order Christmas tree cookies , firstly they told that it’s okey, and than waitress came and told its not possible cuz it’s for decoration, BUT it stands where all desserts (means like you can order whatever you see). I told that I was ready to pay for it , and the first answer was ok if we order it. My kid was crying so much and was upset. And the lady was not accommodating at all. I have walked past this place a few times and decided to have my coffee here and do my writing. I walked in and the lady told me that the EFTPOS didn't work. Not a problem, I am happy to do a bank transfer. But the waitress seemed annoyed about the fact that she had to tell every guest about this issue and didn't feel very welcoming. The music was much too loud for a small cafe like it is and not the right music style in my opinion. The light in the toilet + tiny hallway wasn't working so I had to use my flashlight and the toilet doorhandle fell out so I wasn't able to lock it. I won't go back...
