We had to wait for an hour for our order only to be told the fries were unavailable after an already long wait - the staff compensated this by giving us a free burger which we appreciated however when the burgers finally arrived they were cold. Think the management needs to take a hard look at hiring more staff or putting a proper training plan in place. I like trying out all burgerspots in Amsterdam, and until now would only go back to one of them. But after having had the special burger at Drippy's, there's another spot i would be happy to return to. Not many smash burgers are that juicy! And with the caremelised unions its just perfection. They have one of the best burgers in Amsterdam. The bun is soft, the meat is quite tender and juicy and the sauces that go with them bring everything together perfectly. I would also recommend not skipping on the loaded fries as they super crispy and also loaded with flavor. The service was excellent. The staff is super friendly and make you feel quite welcomed.
