During our recent visit to Locals all day brunch we were fortunate to be attended by Kamila, Jana and Luca Their service was nothing short of exemplary, transforming our meal into an unforgettable experience.

They made me feel very unwelcome. They seated me in the middle of the room. The first thing they said to me was the table was only for one hour but I did not hear them say it to anyone else. The staff and patrons kept rubbing past me. No matter how many times they said sorry it kept happening. After I ordered with the first staff member a further 2 staff members came to take my order, obviously there was not much communication between them.

There menu was not inspiring. They did not have decaf and there was no gluten free options or any labelling of allergies on the menu. They stated no cash, no laptops and no splitting bills on the menu. I really didn’t understand why you can’t split the bill.

I ordered Shakshuka, it was edible but it was mainly all tomato sauce, they gave the tiniest amount of yogurt and the eggs were runny.

My fiancé and I stopped in for lunch on a rainy Thursday and experienced a wonderful atmosphere stepping inside. Our hostess was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. We ordered drinks and seemingly instantly, the drinks were brought hot and ready to our table. We ordered Shakshuka and Eggs Benedict. We had waited no longer than 10 minutes when the hostess apologized about the wait caused by the Shakshuka taking longer to cook and offered a free drink on the house. The food came maybe 2 minutes later and was amazing. The Shakshuka was very flavorful and filling, with an amazing side of sourdough bread. My fiancé said the eggs Benedict were "a spiritual experience" that "healed something" in them. The overall experience was the best I could have hoped for.
