Not only the spill happened on our pants and belongings, but also the negligence of your waitress caused our belongings to be soaked. Napkins offered as damage control hardly compensate for the inconvenience caused. And apologies? Non-existent. Your team's inability to acknowledge their mistake is astounding.
As for the manager's intervention, it was not to rectify the situation but to hasten our departure. Rather than addressing the issue, she chose to dismiss our concerns entirely. It's evident that the culture of disregard for customer satisfaction permeates from the top down.
Your attempt to discredit our account is pitiful. Laughing about our predicament? Absurd. We were left humiliated by your team's incompetence and lack of basic courtesy. The offer to remove the spilled drink from the bill hardly constitutes adequate resolution.

   Read moreReally disappointing trip here on the 26th of March. I feel we had a very unfortunate experience here for my partners 30th birthday.
There were no seats upstairs so we had to sit downstairs where there were no other people and no atmosphere, the music they had playing was good but they kept skipping songs so it made it difficult to enjoy. The cocktails we wanted were unavailable so we all opted for the same one that they did have which was okay.
Sadly the waitress dropped almost an entire drink over me, my coat, the chair and my new skirt leaving huge red sticky stains all over me and my clothes.
The spilt drink was replaced after a little wait.
When the bill came we would have hoped that I wouldnât have been charged for the drink I had spilled all over me but all 4 drinks were still on the bill. We politely asked if the one that was spilled could be taken off as not only was the skirt ruined I was now going to spend the rest of the night sticky and uncomfortable. The rest of the drinks we were happy to pay for.
The waitress came down and said we canât have the drink taken off but we can have 4 shorts instead⊠we didnât want to cause any more awkwardness so we had the shots, paid the bill and left. The shots themselves were nothing we had ever heard of and tasted extremely watered down.
I have since had to throw away the skirt as no amount of stain remover will get rid of the red stains.
I feel like if we came on a different night things would have been different all together. But on this occasion we felt extremely disappointed. We fully appreciate accidents happen but for the extremely high price we had to pay we would expect a decent atmosphere and to be well looked after.

We spent 136 euros and on the last round the waitress spilled a drink over 2 of our party. This can happen, but there were no apologies and they were unable to find a towel. When the manager came down a minute later she asked us if we were leaving. When I explained we were she asked what the problem was, and I explained and was told "not to get defensive as these things happen". When I explained it wasn't about the spilled drink she said "OK I'll get you your bill". They did not offer a discount or any compensation and sat a new party down on the wet couches at our table. I have been here a few times but will definitely not return. Also keep in mind this bar has a higher price point at which you would expect at least basic decent service.
Update after response: Both mine and my friends pants and purse were soaked and we used napkins offered by the waitress to try to dry our pants. Apologies were not offered, which was exactly the problem in our eyes. Before we could ask for a manager, the manager approached me and asked if we were leaving. I responded positive to this because of the experience mentioned before. The manager was aware of the fact apologies were not offered as I mentioned this as the first reason why I was upset when she asked what was wrong.
