Pizza Amsterdam — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Terrible! Horrible attitude! Pizza's ordered by Uber, they missed extra toppings on 2 pizzas, I ordered an extra bio bottom which was really not different than other 2 pizzas & was not marked as different on the box either (the other 4th pizza was gluten free) . The 4 pizza's were cold (we had to warm them up again) and arrived an hour after the expect time (20:05) given, after we called (20:20) were said order would arrive in 15 min, nothing so called back (20:43) said driver was on the way. The driver called me 20:57, i missed it, he NEVER RANG the doorbell, but called me back 20:58, i picked up and round downstairs. As u can see in the pics. My girlfriend left a review on Google and the reaction of the restaurant was blaming us for them being 1 hour late, saying we did not answer the door... shocking!!! They did not even excuse themselves for the missing ingredients on the pizza. Terrible,...

Sorry to say that but both pizza and service could be much better. When we made an order it was said that it will arrive in 50 min, after it was some time late, according to the app it was on the way, so we were still waiting (everything can happen) after it was 30min late we called few times to get through and when we finally could it was said that pizza was just out of the oven and would arrive in quarter of an hour, so already 45 min late! People were getting really hungry, so we expected to have a very nice pizza, but to our disappointment it wasn't really tasty, better to say tasteless(( What also was really upsetting is that the pizza was cold, and when we talk about a pizza it...

We ordered two gluten free pizza´s, one with spinach and dried tomatoes and the other with ham and pineapple. We waited outside dus to the corona stuff. The owner Hamid came out with the pizzas in a box. When he heard we wanted to eat them right there, he immediately brought them back in and returned with both of them beautifully plated. He was very hospitable and rightfully proud of the pizzas. They were really awesome. Gluten free pizzas are often meh, but these were what one would hope for when the pizza craving hits you. They were delicious. Next time I want a good gluten free pizza in Amsterdam, I know where to go: Pizza Amsterdam. Life can be that simple...
