My husband and I had a terribly disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share our encounter with others.
Upon arrival, we were seated at an outdoor table that had just been vacated by another guest. We patiently awaited the server to return and clean the table, as one would expect in any dining establishment. However, instead of cleaning our table, another server approached us to take our order.
I politely requested that our table be cleaned before we proceeded with our order. To our astonishment, this server informed us that the restaurant was busy and insisted on taking our order first. She then walked away, leaving us sitting at a dirty table for what felt like an eternity.
We patiently waited for approximately 10 minutes while the server who had initially promised to clean our table failed to return. To make matters worse, another server appeared to clean tables in the outdoor area, attending to every table except ours.
It was abundantly clear to us that our initial server had communicated to her colleagues not to serve us or clean our table. We were left feeling utterly neglected and disrespected.
In my opinion, requesting a clean dining surface before ordering is a reasonable and basic expectation when dining out. The fact that this request was not only ignored but also met with indifference and neglect from the staff is unacceptable.
If you value being treated with respect and expect even the most basic level of service, I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. Our experience here was beyond disappointing, and I would not want anyone else to endure such treatment.
In summary, don't waste your time or money at this restaurant if you expect even the most fundamental standards of service. They clearly have no regard for their customers' experience and leave patrons outside to fend...

We were stood waiting for 5 minutes at the door waiting for the staff to acknowledge us while they stood behind the bar chatting to each other which immediately put us off. When they did acknowledge us they were not very pleasant. When we were finally seated we were waiting for 20 minutes for our order to be taken. The drinks took about 10 minutes to be given to us. The food didn’t take too long about 15-20 minutes. The fryer was broken the day we visited which was disappointing as they’re most popular dishes contain fried chicken so we had to order other dishes that we did not really want. I ordered the Turkish eggs and my friend ordered the breakfast burrito. The Turkish eggs were extremely disappointing, they seriously lacked flavor and the egg yolks were over cooked and were crumbly. For €13 I would expect more than 2 eggs and one pitta bread cut in half would not recommend this dish 2/10. My friend said the breakfast burrito was pleasant but once again lacked flavor and the guacamole and salsa on the side looked like they had come from a jar and were not made in the establishment. Even though it is half empty inside and not full in terms of reservations. That's the rule, the girl from the service said, a bit taken aback. A bit nonsensical, seems Dutch politics. This way no one takes responsibility because rule is rule. Cappuccino came fairly quickly. Looked ok but tasted really good. Half an hour later we got our breakfast. Breakfast burrito was fine. Toast with avocado, smoked salmon and poached egg. Toast and avocado fine. Smoked salmon was 1 very thin slice. 2 poached egg not good! Nice and soft, but...... eggs are poached with way too much vinegar in the water. As a result, it tasted strongly of vinegar. Finally, for hygiene reasons, no more normal menus but scanning. I think this is such nonsense when you have salt and pepper mills on the table where everyone touches their hands without cleaning them in between. When new customers come, the table is not cleaned at all. Talk about hygiene. Even worse, before the remnants of the food of previous visitors are cleared up, you are already served your cappuccino.
