A great place to visit —especially, if you arrived by a cruise. You may purchase a day pass for US$40.00. BUT if you meet Michael Angelo at the front desk you will be disappointed in a mega negative 100. He reflects his lack of leadership approaching the customers. We are Platinum Elite and got schooled about why he was unable to accommodate us. His demeanor was in line for heavy training on customers services. I have been in many Marriott’s facilities and this interaction rank in the lowest possible levels. But after the second attempt and another low level interaction, we conquered to use the facility. The staff were pleasant and professional, food fabulous and the day was outstanding. We had a 2 week stay at the Renaissance hotel and the staff at the infinity pool bar and grill made our whole time in Curacao a wonderful and funfilled vacation. Monica, Bianca, and Romario were the absolyte nicest people and took care of our beach and food needs the entire trip. They were also very helpful in sharing island info on various place to go and things to do. All three represent why curacoa is a friendly, easy going and fun place to visit and spend time.
