If I could give negative stars, I would. We went there for lunch. It took an hour and a half (no exaggeration) to get our food even though there were only two other tables with people waiting to be served. We had a simple order: chicken quesadillas and cheese nachos, yet they messed up both and had to redo it. After even more time and having to say something, they brought out our food: chicken quesadillas and CHICKEN nachos. We didn’t complain because we were hungry and didn’t think we should have to wait any longer. When we got the check, they charged us extra for the chicken nachos. My husband said something and explained that we waited so long for the wrong order twice. We shouldn’t be charged for their mistake. The RUDE lady at the bar kept saying “she understands,” which clearly she didn’t and was just code for “too bad.” Her reasoning: we ate the food, and if we said something before doing so, they could have addressed it. I used to think this was a great place to go. I've been there many times (to watch UFC) and everything was fine till the last time. We were 4 persons. Two of us bought drinks, the other 2 didn't. The waitress asked if we wanted more drinks and we said no. The second time she asked we said no again. She just came back and threw the bill on the table and walked away without saying anything. When she came back i told her that i didn't ask for the bill. She said we can't just sit there and not buy anything and if we didn't like it we should leave. We always buy pizza's and drinks while watching the fights. This time we just weren't as thirsty. If you think we're not buying enough you can always say so, but in a civilized manner. Terrible experience – never coming back! I ordered a Chicken Alfredo pasta and it came completely dry, with no sauce at all. I politely returned the dish and decided not to get a replacement. I had only drunk about one-third of the lemonade I ordered.

The waitress was polite and offered to fix the pasta, which I appreciated, but I declined and went to another pasta restaurant instead. Shockingly, the manager actually came to find me at the other restaurant to demand payment for the unfinished lemonade I had left on their table.

I found this behavior extremely unprofessional, petty, and unfriendly. I still went back, paid for the drink, and even left it there, but I will never return. There are plenty of other restaurants with better food and...
