Perhaps their caterer was away and some other person felt they could try to make it, and made rubbish, cos I really don’t understand why there are some good reviews.

Very very bad food.

Food arrived cold after 2 hours of ordering and waiting

On uber eats it says but get one free but the one free never came.

I regretted ordering here honestly.

It’s my first time ever giving a bad review to any restaurant even if they are bad, but this was just toooo bad food and service.

And oh, the manager or whoever it was yelled at me on the phone for telling them if the food comes cold...

Food tastes good, but the service is horrible. We ordered on their website, it said 30 mins delivery, we waited for 1 hr 15 mins, called them and they said it was sent 10 mins ago. Then we called after 30’mins and the food was not even prepared due to a system fault. The boss called us later to tell us to call food ticket for a refund and the food that was prepared would have to be returned back to the store. He offered to provide a discount for the future if we still took the order. It is better to order from thuijsbezorgd so you can track the order...

Hear me out. Yes the delivery delay of over an hour was outrageous (1/10), BUT, the driver let us know there were labor shortage issues. And of course snowy weather on a Friday we were expecting some level of delay. We couldn't get through to the restaurant's number which was frustrating but we were relieved when he called us personally. I have to say, however, that the food was a 10/10 and completely worth the wait. Best Thai food I've had in the Netherlands. The flavors...
